Reconstruction of the existing building with replacement of structural elements, construction of new buildings, installation of elevators, all internal and external engineering systems, media facade, finishing and decoration works by the author's design project, supply of equipment and furniture from Italy and China, hotel rooms to the level of “5 star”, restaurants, bars, VIP rooms, landscaping - the total area of 4200 square meters, completed during 2009 - 2012.
